Social Media Marketing Manager

Part-Time/Full-Time Position

We are seeking for a creative and strategic social marketer with deep knowledge of social platforms’ unique offerings, strong copy-writing skill, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Job Description

The Social Media Manager will produce and share daily posts across all appropriate social media channels that are aligned with the vision, values and needs of the brands we represent.

A successful candidate will need to possess strong individual skills and an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction and strong attention to detail.

This position will monitor and track engagement of these posts and create weekly reports highlighting successes and missed opportunities with a recommendation for any changes needed. 

Due to the agency’s expansion in the german speaking market, it will be a great plus if the candidate has knowledge of the German language.



  • Professional experience in social marketing (preferably with the ad agency)
  • Highly detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms’ offerings/capabilities (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in directly building and managing social accounts with large/passionate social followers.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, and native Social Platforms’ analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Schedules and implements daily postings across various social media platforms, including (but not limited to): Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and TikTok
  • Develop digital content for all platforms
  • Write thoughtful and well composed post captions, create innovative Ad messages, and blog posts based on parameters for each brand.
  • Implement and monitor advertising campaigns both on social media and on other (external) platforms.
  • Track, analyze and present ad data (engagement, CTR, overall success, etc) with recommendations for any changes to the Marketing team to grow and improve results for specific campaigns


  • Experience in managing a variety of social media accounts including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn (business accounts preferred)
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately to a range of audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong creative thinking + creative writing skills particularly in relation to new and improved social media campaigns leading to an increase in brand engagement
  • Willingness to jump into new tasks and help out other team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
  • English language
  • German language  (preferred, not required)
  • Experience writing/maintaining personal or business blogs (preferred, but not required)
  • Knowledge of Apple computers (preferred, not required)
